Do you offer phone support?

No, we don’t offer phone support at this time. In an effort to keep our costs low, we aren’t able to offer customer service over the phone. However, we’ll answer your email questions within a couple of hours if we aren’t available via live chat.

How long does it take for orders to ship?

Necklaces that don’t need to be engraved or set with birthstones ship within 24 hours. When orders are placed before 4PM EST they will usually ship the same day. See below for shipping times on Posh Mommy Jewelry.

Are your Posh Mommy Necklaces real Posh Mommy Jewelry?

Absolutely! They have a Posh Mommy stamp on the back and are made in the same factory as other Posh Mommy Jewelry sold in other stores.

How are Posh Mommy Necklaces packaged?

Each Posh Mommy Necklace comes with a soft pouch that says Posh Mommy and arrives in a gift box, perfect for gift giving. It also comes with a free polishing cloth.

How long does it take to receive a Posh Mommy Necklace?

The necklaces that are engraved take about two to three business days to engrave before shipping out. Necklaces that are also set with birthstones take about five to six business days.

Does it come with a chain?

No the chain is sold separately.

How can I care for my Posh Mommy Necklace?

Use your polishing cloth often and it will keep your necklace sparkling clean. Like with all silver jewelry, avoid exposing it to harsh elements, such as saltwater or perfumes.

Do you offer Posh Mommy Jewelry in gold?

Gold pieces are by special order only. Please contact us for pricing. We can also offer upgrades to genuine stones but again, it is by special order and you’ll need to contact us for the price.

Are Posh Mommy Necklaces Returnable?

If there is a problem with your order, we are certainly happy to fix the problem. However, we can’t offer refunds on customized necklaces.
