Pack the item securely in the original packaging with all accompanying manuals and accessories. Enclose the original packing slip. All return shipping charges must be pre-paid (COD deliveries not accepted). All items must be received in its original condition. We recommend you insure your item. You can expect to receive your refund within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. Custom jewelry (including engraved items, custom stone settings, sized rings, etc) are not returnable.
