Order Processing
Most of our items are in stock and ship within two business days (Monday through Friday) when placed before 4:00PM ET. Personalized items will take extra time to complete. Ring sizes usually come in standard size 7 for women and size 10 for men. Custom Ring Sizing to any other size can take an additional two days. Stone setting can take an additional three days. Engraving can take an additional three days. Items requiring both stone setting and engraving can take up to seven days to complete. Special order items can take up to 3-4 weeks for completion. You will be sent an email to confirm your order is complete. An email will be sent once your order has shipped.

We offer several shipping offers to meet your needs. All packages are insured. If you have specific questions about shipping please contact customer service at info@necklacesformoms. At this time, we do not ship internationally. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates once the order has shipped from our facility.

For product inquiries or help using the website, please email our customer service department, Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM EST.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return your item for a refund or replacement within 14 days of delivery of your item. If your item is received damaged, please contact our customer service department immediately. In order to return an item, you will need a return authorization code. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. To obtain a return authorization code, contact customer service by phone or email. Pack the item securely in the original packaging with all accompanying manuals and accessories. Enclose the original packing slip. All return shipping charges must be pre-paid (COD deliveries not accepted). All items must be received in its original condition. We recommend you insure your item. You can expect to receive your refund within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. Custom jewelry (including engraved items, custom stone settings, sized rings, etc) are not returnable.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information on our site. If a mistake occurs in our pricing or product information, we reserve the right to correct it and our sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order that is placed for an item at an incorrect price. We have attempted to accurately depict the colors of the products but cannot guarantee the color on your monitor will be accurate. Products may appear larger or smaller depending on your screen size. Some photos have been enlarged to show details. This site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. No representations or warranties are made, either express or implied. You acknowledge that you use this site at your own risk, you assume responsibility for all costs associated with all servicing or repairs of any equipment you use in connection with your use of this site and Necklaces for Moms and its affiliates shall not be liable for any damages, special, indirect or consequential of any kind related to your use of this site.

Necklaces for Moms respects our customers’ privacy. We do not reveal any information to third parties. Occasionally we may contact you to make you aware of specials or upcoming products but will not do so if you request not to be contacted.
